Heat-treatment furnaces built around your process.
We build box, car-bottom, pit and roller-hearth furnaces in our own workshop in Linyi — sized to your chamber, power supply and working temperature, documented in English, and shipped to Malaysia and across ASEAN.

Six types of furnace.
One workshop behind them.
Every furnace starts from the same question: what is going in, how hot, and how fast? These are the six families we build, each made to order.
Side-Open Box Furnace
Tempering · 650 °C
Lift-Door Box Furnace
Hardening · 1,000 °C
Car-Bottom Furnace
Heavy parts · 1,000 °C
Pit-Type Furnace
Vertical loading
Roller-Hearth Furnace
Continuous · Quench & temper
Power & Control Cabinets
Control · Power switching
Not sure which type fits? Send the workpiece and the process — we will recommend the furnace rather than a catalogue number.

JIELIAN GLOBAL is a manufacturer-exporter: the furnace is welded, lined, wired and tested in our own workshop in Linyi, then shipped and supported by the same team.
Our own workshop, not a trading desk
Shell fabrication, lining, element and control assembly and the final heat-up test all happen in our factory in Linyi. When something needs changing, we change it at the factory instead of forwarding your email.
We size the furnace to the process
Chamber, power and temperature are set from your workpiece material, size and cycle — the reference models are a starting point, not a limit.
Export-ready documents and packaging
English manuals and drawings, certificate and test report, export packing suited to sea freight, and shipping documents handled end to end.
Support after the container lands
Remote installation and commissioning guidance at no charge, consumable spares shipped with the machine, and spares by courier afterwards.
Built in steps we can talk you through.
Shell, lining, elements, controls, then a powered test before packing. Nothing leaves the workshop without being heated up first.
Steel shell
Plate is cut, welded, ground and painted. Shell thickness on our reference models is 2.75 mm — thick enough to hold its shape through years of heating cycles.
Lining
Ceramic fibre or refractory brick, selected for the working temperature and the process. The lining is what determines how much heat stays in the chamber and how cool the outside of the furnace stays.
Heating and control
Resistance elements on ceramic supports, circulation fan where the process needs it, and the power and control cabinet wired to the same drawings that ship with the machine.
Test before packing
Every furnace is powered up before dispatch: heat-up, temperature control and electrical safety are checked, then the unit is packed for sea freight with the documentation set.
The processes these furnaces are bought for.
Quenching, tempering, annealing, normalising, stress relief and aluminium ageing — each with its own temperature band, soak and cooling behaviour.
Quenching / hardening
Austenitise the part, then cool it fast enough to form martensite and raise hardness.
Tempering
Reheat a hardened part to trade some hardness for toughness and relieve quenching stress.
Annealing
Soften the part, remove internal stress and refine grain before machining or forming.
Normalising
Reset the grain structure of a casting, forging or weldment to a uniform condition.
Stress-relief annealing
Hold below the transformation temperature so residual stress relaxes without changing hardness.
Aluminium ageing
Precipitation-harden aluminium parts with a long, tightly controlled low-temperature soak.
Three furnaces we build most.
These are the models we keep in production for Malaysia and ASEAN. Each can still be re-specified — chamber, power, temperature and voltage.
| Model | Type | Chamber / volume | Rated power | Max. temperature | Where it fits |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| RX3-45-6 | Side-open box | 1,200 × 600 × 500 mm / 360 L | 45 kW | 650 °C | Tempering, stress relief, aluminium ageing |
| RX3-45-10 | Lift-door box | 1,200 × 600 × 500 mm / 360 L | 45 kW | 1,000 °C | Hardening, normalising, annealing |
| RT2-105-10 | Car-bottom | 2,070 × 950 × 700 mm / 1,376 L | 105 kW | 1,000 °C | Heavy castings, weldments, dies |

Before you ask.
The four questions buyers ask most often about specification, voltage, documentation and installation.
Workpiece material and dimensions, the process (quenching, tempering, annealing, normalising), the maximum working temperature, the load per batch and the production rhythm, plus the site power supply. With those we can recommend a furnace type and power and send a quotation — usually within one business day.
Yes. The models on this site are reference configurations. Chamber dimensions, rated power, working temperature and supply voltage are all specified per order, so the furnace is built to the process rather than the process being fitted to a catalogue machine.
Our standard export build is 415 V / 50 Hz / 3-phase, which suits Malaysia and much of ASEAN. Other voltages and frequencies can be built on request — tell us the site supply and we will match it.
English operation and maintenance manual, drawings, electrical schematic, product certificate, factory test report covering electrical safety, heat-up and temperature control, and material certificates for the heating elements, refractory and steel. CE (LVD + MD) test reports, ISO 12100 risk assessment and IEC electrical safety test reports can be supplied for customer verification.
