The commercial terms that apply to furnace orders placed with JIELIAN GLOBAL.
These summary terms apply to industrial furnace orders placed with Jielian Wanguo (Linyi) International Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. unless a signed contract states otherwise. Where a signed contract and this page differ, the signed contract prevails.
Quotations
Quotations are prepared against the specification confirmed in writing: chamber size, rated power, working temperature, supply voltage, documentation list and delivery terms. Changes to the specification may change the price and the delivery schedule.
Payment and delivery
Payment terms are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice — typically a deposit with the balance before shipment, by bank transfer. Delivery terms are stated per order under the agreed Incoterms, with shipping arranged from China to the destination port.
Warranty
Machines carry a twelve-month warranty from delivery, excluding consumable parts such as heating elements and thermocouples, and excluding damage caused by incorrect installation, unauthorised modification or operation outside the specified conditions. Electrical installation on site must be carried out by a locally licensed electrician.
Documentation and compliance
The documentation set supplied with each machine is confirmed in the quotation. Where a destination market requires a voluntary local assessment or additional certification, this is agreed before the order is placed. Customs duties, import taxes and local handling at destination are the buyer's responsibility unless the quotation says otherwise.
