Power & Control Cabinets
The electrical cabinet that runs the furnace: contactor or SCR power switching, PID temperature control, over-temperature protection and the interlocks that keep the machine safe in daily use.
Power & Control Cabinets
A furnace is only as good as the cabinet that runs it. We build the power and control cabinet as part of the furnace, not as an accessory: the switching, the temperature control, the safety chain and the wiring are specified together with the heating elements and the chamber.
Each cabinet carries its digital temperature controller, power switching (contactor or SCR), over-temperature protection and interlocks for the door and the circulation fan. Wiring is labelled to match the schematic that ships with the machine, so an electrician on site can trace a circuit without a translator.
Cabinets are built for 415 V / 50 Hz / 3-phase as standard and can be specified for other supply voltages. Power rating follows the furnace it runs.

What you are buying
Control that matches the furnace
Controllers, switching and protection are chosen together with the elements, so the cabinet is not a generic box bolted to a specific furnace.
Safety chain built in
Over-temperature cut-out and door and fan interlocks are wired as standard, not as an option.
Labelled to the schematic
Every wire is tagged to the drawing supplied with the machine, which is what a local electrician needs on installation day.
Built to the supply
415 V / 50 Hz / 3-phase for Malaysia and ASEAN; other voltages built on request.
Specification
Configuration, dimensions and power are set per project.
