The container is the middle
of the job, not the end.
Furnaces are heavy, hot and electrical. What happens after delivery is where most overseas purchases succeed or fail — so remote commissioning support, spares and documentation are part of the offer, not an afterthought.
What is included, what is quoted.
Support is priced transparently: commissioning guidance is free, spare parts are priced per part, an engineer visit is optional.

Remote commissioning, in English
Installation, first heat-up, controller settings and fault-finding by video call and WhatsApp. Most issues on a new furnace are a wiring or parameter question — they can be solved in a call.
Spares with the machine, then by courier
Consumables such as elements and thermocouples ship with the furnace in a labelled spares box, with a spare-parts list in the manual. Replacements ship from Linyi by courier afterwards.
From enquiry to commissioning.
Five stages, each with a document or a decision that we confirm with you before moving on.
Enquiry and selection
Send the workpiece, process and site supply. We recommend a furnace type, chamber and power, and quote.
Order and documentation
Configuration confirmed, English drawings and documents prepared for the shipment.
Build and test
The furnace is built, assembled and powered up for the heat-up and control test.
Packing and export
Export packing, booking, customs and sea freight to the destination port.
Delivery and commissioning
Delivery, installation guidance, commissioning support and spare parts.
What the site needs to have ready.
- A level, load-bearing floor or foundation suited to the furnace weight
- The supply cable and protection specified on the wiring diagram
- A licensed local electrician for the final electrical connection
- Ventilation and clearances as shown on the layout drawing
- Crane or forklift access for unloading and positioning
We supply the layout, wiring diagram and weights before shipment so the site can be prepared while the furnace is at sea.
Support FAQ.
English operation and maintenance manual, drawings, electrical schematic, product certificate, factory test report covering electrical safety, heat-up and temperature control, and material certificates for the heating elements, refractory and steel. CE (LVD + MD) test reports, ISO 12100 risk assessment and IEC electrical safety test reports can be supplied for customer verification.
The furnace is delivered assembled where transport allows. We provide remote video guidance for installation, commissioning and fault-finding at no charge, and spare parts ship from our factory. An engineer visit can be arranged as a paid option if the site needs it.
Twelve months on the machine, excluding consumable parts such as heating elements and thermocouples. Spare parts remain available after the warranty period, shipped by courier.
