Car-Bottom Furnace, Trolley Type
A trolley-type car-bottom furnace for normalising and tempering medium and large workpieces: the load rides on a rail-mounted car that rolls out of the chamber for crane loading.
Car-Bottom Furnace
The RT2-105-10 is built for the parts that are awkward to load by hand: heavy castings, welded structures, large shafts and dies that need normalising or tempering.
The load sits on a steel car that runs on floor rails. The car rolls out of the chamber, the crane sets the work down, and the car rolls back in — nobody has to push a heavy charge into a hot chamber. The door is raised by an electric hoist before the car can travel.
With 105 kW and a 1,376-litre chamber, this is the reference heavy-parts build. Larger chambers and higher powers are made to order.

What you are buying
Load on the car, not on the operator
The trolley takes the weight of the charge and rolls it into the chamber on floor rails — loading with an overhead crane is a one-person job.
Hoist-raised door
The door lifts clear before the car travels, with limit switches so the two movements cannot fight each other.
1,376 L of working volume
A 2,070 × 950 × 700 mm chamber takes long shafts and stacked batches that would not fit in a box furnace of the same footprint.
Built for 1,000 °C cycles
Refractory-lined car and chamber, high-temperature elements and a shell designed to stay cool through repeated heavy cycles.
